I believe people want to give, help and empower others.  When we give, we get back so much in return.  It's my personal  mission  to start a kindness movement , encouraging people, families, kids, adults, companies, schools and religious organizations  to get involved in their community and give back.

I think people  often feel that they are too busy to give, or that if they don’t have the financial means to give that they aren’t valuable, OR they don’t even know where to begin. Hang onto that thought (thought #1)……..

I also believe that it’s okay to seek help for a cause…we can do more in numbers than alone! People, groups or organizations are in need of help more than we are made aware. They might not know where or how to seek help for their cause (thought #2)…….

Now,  pair thought #1 with thought #2 and we have business plan. The general concept is people can contact this organization with a cause and find a local contributor who wants to assist with the cause. It’s a matching of sorts… thus the name…wait for it…Cause Match (I’m trying to purchase the domain name for my website- stay tuned) .The idea is simple, people, groups, schools and companies can log in and create a profile to list their need/cause. People who want to donate services, items, time or money can also log in and create a profile. We will pair the cause and the contributor together based on their profiles, much like a dating website.

Casue Match is organization that will  match a willing contributor to a cause. It's a seed of an idea right now . I need funding to get it off the ground and make it a reality.  I am starting from scratch, with no funding , a novice business plan, a huge dream, and a ton of passion.

Some might call me overly optimistic that this will actually yield a successful business, and I couldn’t agree more. With that being said, I do know this---- I’ll never know until I try. I read a quote the other day about goals. Setting them and achieving them. What was profound was that the message wasn’t about obtaining the goal. Rather, it was centered around how did you change the world while trying to achieve your goal; you were nice and kind ? or you were a jerk? So, in the end, if you fail to achieve your goal but were kind, changed the world in a positive way while in route, then, you haven’t failed at all, in fact you’ve achieved more, way more, than you set out for.

Here is the dollar break down for what I need to get this up and running:

CPA Service Fees and Government Filing Fees:
$345 CPA Service Fee for completion of Form 1023EZ
$125 CPA Service Fee for incorporating the organization
$100 State Incorporation Filing Fee
$60 Notice of Intent to Incorporate/Newspaper fee
$400 IRS Filing Fee
$1,030 Total Fees

Then , I'm asking for additional $8,970 to get a website developed, marketing and operational supplies,  and a cushion amount  to get started. I don't actually know what all I will need, but I know I'll need funds to get there.....
